I have lived in the states of NJ, VA and NM and all allow incoming drivers from other states to apply for a license and receive said license without taking a written test.  NC makes you take a written test.

I pulled a groin muscle at Gymboree this morning.  That’s why I don’t take aerobics classes.

OH NOES!  Something went horribly wrong.  Did I resume WTFW duties too quickly?  Is there too much on my plate?  I shouldn’t have used the graphics tablet?  I had a cold-sweat-inducing migraine since yesterday.  So many things went into making this one of the worst drawings ever.  Ever.
